In 1998 POSTENSA built one of the tallest Buildings in Latin America, Torre Dataflux, which at an early project stage, behaved as two 80 mts. twin towers, this was achieved by developing proprietary, Patents and Technology on the way to meet such a big challenge.

Our engineering team developed among other things:

• New custom made construction system.
• Designed using a new Structural Section System S/S/S.
• Innovative lifting procedures.
• Innovative postensioned concrete column design.

To deliver a 614,000 square feet new landmark in Monterrey N.L. México. Achieving an extremely fast and cost efective construction procedure for our client’s project.
